The appraisal they gave me was supported by other similar properties they had sold which made me confident with the price range they had given me. I immediately felt deceived by them and told them I had lost confidence in engaging them to sell my home. I sought to find an agent I could trust and to tell me upfront his expectations on the current market. I immediately was impressed with Josh Carter as he was able to give me an accurate description of the current market and gave me a realistic price range to market my house. The price I achieved for my house was well over the previous agent’s second estimate that they could achieve. Josh was always quick to respond to my calls. There was no delay when I signed the sale agreement with Josh to have the house placed on the market. The house sold quickly within the timeframe I wanted. Josh put in a lot of time following up interested parties and making sure all the post sale documentation was completed on time. I highly recommend Josh to sell your home for his honesty, accurate appraisal and communication skills.
