Josh was professional and personable, and also responsive with helping to arrange inspections at short notice due to changing COVID restrictions. He made himself available to answer questions and was flexible with our schedule. We found Josh to be generally prompt with replies, although on some occasions it would have been good to receive a head's up he was still waiting on vendors to respond. Overall we're very grateful for Josh's help in helping us secure our first home, and can't wait to move in!
