Josh helped the reviewer sell this property

Just 5 days on the market before we had an offer!

Josh has been the perfect balance of friendly and professional from our very first interaction. He is confident in his abilities without being arrogant, and overall he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. No task was too big or too small for Josh to assist with; we were in the midst of moving interstate, and Josh took the reins on several tasks to ensure the property was looking its best when we simply did not have the time to organise ourselves. At every stage of the process he kept us well informed; he responded efficiently to all our queries and was flexible with appointment times whenever we needed. We were delighted with the outcome of the sale of our property - only on the market 5 days before we had an offer! I would recommend Josh’s services without hesitation to anybody in the area looking for a pain-free selling experience. Many thanks for all your fantastic work Josh!
