During what was a long sales and promotion period in a difficult market I found Brett and his team to be persistent, communicative and open. I was pleasantly surprised by Brett's hands on approach as principal, both with open houses and negotiations. We had many discussions on the market and sale price and Brett had to negotiate with both myself and the buyers which couldn't have been overly easy. I found myself wanting to "stick to my guns" regards pricing but in the end was persuaded to make the most financially viable decision which under Brett's guidance was in the end the best outcome I could have hoped for in a declining market. I'm in no doubt that persistence is Brett's strong point! I'm very happy with the results delivered.
