I initially engaged with Josh Curtis around 6 months prior to placing my house on the market. I found Josh extremely respectful and not in any way pushy when the process of getting my house to market was delayed, through the delay Josh would keep me updated with changes and trends in the market as well as alerting me when he had potential buyers in the market. Once my property was ready to be placed for sale the process was quick and easy, my house was listed for sale in a vacant state and Josh would help make sure the house was in its best condition for home opens and viewings by alerting me to anything that needed doing as well as doing some minor maintenance works himself at the property!
