Josh has been very informative and knowledgeable. Is a young man who is passionate about his job which clearly shows when you meet. Went out of way to assist with few little problems that I was confronted with. Even though I wasn’t told that if settlement falls on the weekend it is brought forward which makes a lot of sense and probably should asked. I myself always allow for this. Josh has always polite and keeping me informed on what is happing and making himself available.Yes I highly recommend Josh. Should 4 1/2 stars

Could not complain with a single thing with Josh.. he made the process so easy without any doubt that he couldn't sell my house.
