From greeting us at the foyer of the apartment complex, taking us through the apartment & showing us the amenities, it was obvious Josh is knowledgeable & professional. We had a hold up (our issue) which caused a slight delay in our settlement, but Josh liaised with all parties involved to make this stress free. Josh was professional throughout the whole sale & his knowledge & constant communication gave us peace of mind that we were in good hand. We would recommend him without hesitation!
