I have been battling as to whether to leave a review or not! I had a very quick sale before the home was even open we weren't greedy got a great first offer and took it in a market where I'm sure we could have pushed for a higher bid. We are not based in Perth and I had limited communication and little to know assistance prior to the sale to help get it over the line even though the same company also managed my rental. There was no communications between departments and only got more assistance when the new buyers started to be difficult. The company esrnt good money from both the rental and the properties sale so expected alot more and was extremely disappointed. Thank goodness I had a great settlement agent whom assisted, guided and supported me through the process. First time selling a house in over 20 years and without my family's guidance and settlement agents guidance was left with completely unhelpful emails that didn't explain my rights as a buyer or what was required from me.
