Reasonable and Respectful

I was a successful First Home Buyer with a property marketed by Harris Tripp. I am young, and was looking to buy alone. Josh was my first point of contact for the property. Previously, I encountered a lot of un-transparent agents, who would unfairly get my hopes up, pressure me and say anything to get a sale. However, Josh seemed genuine. He remembered me from previous properties he showed me, and thought of me when new properties popped up on the market. He was reasonable, accommodating and transparent throughout the process. My parents described him as a “Nice Man”. I now will have a First Home, and am grateful for Josh being a refreshing touch, to an otherwise cut throat market for a buyer.
