We sold a house in Canberra and Josh was our sale agent. We weren’t in Canberra, Josh organized everything from minor house maintenance to gardening and have the house staged ready for selling. We were very happy with his work. Josh was enthusiastic and was happy to clarify any questions/things that we did not understand. He was always reachable and promptly responded to emails and text messages. He did a fantastic job. The whole sale process was problem free, and we were informed with updates. We highly recommend Josh for selling any property.

Great, on-the-spot feedback for negotiations on behalf of the vendor. We greatly appreciate how quickly Josh figured out alternatives and best accommodated our needs as well.

Josh was great during the process of selling our apartment. He was very proactive in helping us sort out repairs before opening up for public inspection, he held multiple open homes and achieved good turn out, actively checked in with potential buyers, and kept us in the loop for how things were going. Ultimately, we achieved a quick sale above our asking price. Very happy, very professional. Would recommend.

There was only 4 open homes and Josh was able to organise a deal before Auction day. We were extremely satisfied with the result and the entire process. We would highly recommend Josh.

Josh was extremely friendly and answered all my question in a timely manner. When we exchanged contracts he went out of his way to help me get trades through so I could obtain some quotes.

Great to deal with.

Josh is kind and has excellent knowledge about the field.

As Australian living in New York, I needed someone I can trust to sell my property in Canberra. Josh was clear and professional at all times and kept me up to date, despite time zones. He fought for a great figure from the buyer.

We were fortunate enough to have Josh as our agent to sell our property. We achieved the result that we were after and his service and advice was second to none.

Josh made everything simple and easy to understand. Process was smooth. Josh is very personable which also made the process a pleasure.

Josh sold my property in no time with a very well executed plan and at a price we set. Was very thorough in his approach and kept us in the loop throughout the process. I am using Josh for another sale and he will be on top of my list when recommending an excellent agent to my friends and colleagues.

Josh was the agent for our first purchase. He was knowledgeable about the market and, most importantly, responsive to our requests and communications. This is such a valuable quality for an agent helping someone buy their first home. We found Josh to be understanding, helpful and honest.
