We were very impressed with Josh. He was very friendly, connected on a personal level while still maintaining professionalism. Josh constantly communicated with us via phone, text, email updates, website statistics and general feedback after open homes. He was able to achieve a sales price above our expectations in a very short period of time, and also went above and beyond to work with the tenant who lived in the property.
