Having received a market evaluation on our property from another agent a few months previously, I felt the sale price Josh advised was a little on the high side. However he put forward a good case to support his view. It proved correct as the house sold in 5 days. The initial offer was at the bottom of his suggested price range and he guided us to press for an improved offer, in the middle of his estimated valuation, which was received and happily accepted.
