I can highly recommend Josh Fitzgerald. What impressed us the most was that he was prompt at all times to return phone calls and to keep us in the loop on what was happening. I found him honest with his appraisal of the property and felt that he always had our best interest at heart. The house was my family home and I found it to be an emotional sale. Josh took care of all the details leaving me less stressed. I could not recommend him more highly.
