After purchasing a new block of land, we needed to quickly sell our existing property. Within days Josh and Dani were able to coordinate the marketing and launch the property on the market. The process was seamless and like clockwork. Prior to making the decision to sell Josh attended my property on multiple occasions to provide advice on the level of renovations that would assist the sale of our property. Josh drew on his previous experience in the building industry to give me an indication of the cost of the proposed renovations. He also provided me the contact details of tradesmen that he recommended. Josh received a phone call within an hour of the first open from an interested party. He kept me fully informed of the negotiations and clearly explained the risks of each option he presented. Josh set aside his weekend to ensure he could get the deal across the line, including working on Sunday (which was his girlfriend’s birthday!). The deal was done for a price that well and truly exceeded my expectations by 8am the very next day after the first open.
