Anything that could go wrong did go wrong with the settlement of our property. Not Josh’s fault at all. Just disorganised and somewhat evasive vendors who were painful and exceptionally difficult to deal with. Josh handled the situation well and always kept us abreast of what was happening and not happening with the vendors. We finally got the deal over the line much to Josh’s hard work and persistence.
