As someone selling their first home and having a contract on another property, it felt like it was going to be a very stressful time. But with Josh and his team they had such a positive attitude, which made the whole experience as best as it could be! I had seen Josh's marketing strategies which appealed to me and it ended up being a great decision to go with his team. He was always thinking ahead and had steps in place if need be, never content just waiting to "hope for the best". I enlisted Josh to sell my property based on recommendations from friends who previously used One Agency. I found him to be upfront and communicated well. When we first met with Josh we were really impressed by his pitch and the way he was able to visualise the potential in our old home. He was immediately very enthusiastic and this is what we wanted, an agent that could see our property's potential and get that across to possible buyers. we were also really impressed by Josh's marketing strategy. The sales board at the front of our property had photos of our actual house, (rather then just head shots of the sales agent). He advertised nationally, often speaking with buyers from interstate, as well as putting a video of our home up on social media. Josh was the only agent we spoke to who was using social media as an advertising medium. All of this led to contracts being exchanged in just over 3 weeks. Brilliant considering we had already moved interstate and were looking for a fast sale. Josh was open and honest with us from the get go - and there was none of the slimy salesman pitch.
