Excellent work ethic to push the sale of my property, great communication. Josh dealt with a lot of issues trying to sell this property. Josh spent a full day an half of his own time helping the tennants of property re-locate as a tennant was in a wheel chair. If Josh did not devote his time doing this the sale would have been delayed an cost myself thousands. The process of buying our first home was made stress-free, and we were lucky to be dealing with Josh for our purchase. He communicated efficiently and effectively with the sellers so that the process was smooth, and completed with minimal fuss, even though we had a few requirements from our side. Our only reservation was that after the purchase, the sold price was, and still is, advertised (on a major property website) $13,000 higher than we paid. We queried this with the website who told us that they get their data from the Real Estate companies. We noticed that the York Realty had other similar properties for sale in the same area and thought this could be used to price inflate for other customers.
