Excellent work ethic to push the sale of my property, great communication. Josh dealt with a lot of issues trying to sell this property. Josh spent a full day an half of his own time helping the tennants of property re-locate as a tennant was in a wheel chair. If Josh did not devote his time doing this the sale would have been delayed an cost myself thousands.
