Josh talked through several options with me, from subdividing and selling two portions of my property separately to selling as one. His ball park valuations agreed with what I had observed in the market. (He doesn’t try to win business by over quoting). Through his contacts and experience in the Carnegie market, he was able to introduce off the market buyers and negotiated patiently even whilst I was travelling in a different time zone.
