Josh did an amazing job selling our property, selling it in 8 days and for $20,000 more than expected. Josh kept us well informed during the process and worked hard to get us an excellent price. Josh was always polite, contactable, professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

Josh came highly recommended to us via a friend. Being new to the housing market, Josh's knowledge, attitude and friendly nature gave us confidence in the process of selling our home. We found Josh easy to communicate with, he undertook tasks efficiently and made sure that we were always up to date with proceedings. Josh was able to assist us in achieving a quick sale of our property over the asking price and has also been helpful in showing us potential new properties that may be of interest to us. We would recommend Josh to others looking for an efficient, energetic and modern approach in the real estate market.

Josh was very professional with my purchase. He was always contactable and never had an issue with an enquiries or questions I had. Josh worked with both myself and the owner to negotiate a price which was fair for both of us and gave us the best possible deal. Josh has great communication throughout the process, accommodating and meeting me when necessary along with great social skills which helped it to feel like friendly chats instead of a massive business deal. Overall I highly recommend Josh to anybody looking for an agent and would gladly give him high praises.

Josh was universally pleasant and diligent. He was courteous, well spoken and a good communicator. We felt that he cared about selling our property for a good price.
