I found Josh Hunt to be Extremely Courteous, Honest, Reliable, a good knowledge of the Market. He went above & beyond to get the best price possible for the Sale of my House. I would Thoroughly recommend Josh to anyone needing a Professional & Thorough Agent.

I listed my property with Josh and his team, choosing them over 2 other agents because I was really impressed by his drive and clear goals for my property. Not once did he attempt to railroad me into dropping my price when there appeared to be a excess of similar properties all within the same area. In spite of some limiting factors, Josh did his homework, communicated regularly and clearly and was tenacious and clear with prospective buyers about my wishes. Josh liaised with the purchaser for the sale of my townhouse with the speediest settlement date ever! .... and (bonus) due to the short settlement, he was able to organise a suitable rental from Belle's rental portfolio. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed with Josh as my agent.

Josh came to us when we wanted to sell our Mawson Lakes house and we were concerned with the market at the time as we needed to reach a certain amount to fund our next purchase which we were already committed to. We were uneasy, thinking we wouldn't reach the figure we needed. From the moment we spoke with Josh he advised us on how to present our property to maximise interest, he understood what was realistically achievable and explained the market to us, organised an outstanding advertising campaign and maximised the open house experience to get us a result way above our expectations, setting up our next move seamlessly. He was experienced, knowledgeable, fair in fees and efficient.

Josh went over and above expectations. Living interstate and trying to organise the sale, josh handled everything. He organised trades for a bathroom and kitchen reno. Inspections were well organised despite coding restrictions. I would highly recommend him to anyone

I felt 110% confident in partnering with John McRostie. He was open, provided great feedback, and helped explain clearly all details regarding the sale of my property. John managed the sale negotiations brilliantly. He kept my interests in sharp focus and was on top of every detail, big and small which brought great peace of mind. All in all the sales process was a win / win for both parties.

Josh and John have been fantastic! From the beginning they have both taken the time to answer all our questions regarding our recent investment purchase and supported us through the whole process. They come with a wealth of knowledge. We are looking forward to continuing our journey with Belle Property as we transition into the management phase for our property. Highly recommend their services!

I could just feel the energy from the start. Very approachable and excellent communication, their passion for success feeds into achieving you a great result. We absolutely loved Josh and John.
