As my wife and I are from the UK, and this was our first Australian house purchase, Josh was excellent in advising us of the correct procedure to buy a house in Australia. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Liaised with us in the UK answering any questions we had about our purchase and even done a pre-contract inspection for us as we were still in the UK when it was needed to be done.
