Purchase of 12 Pony Drive, Calderwood

Originally I was interested a property in Flinders. It had a deposit taken but the office staff emailed info of other similar properties on their list. Josh King showed us around Calderwood properties at short notice and we settled on Pony drive which was at that stage a couple of weeks from completion. I have found Josh pleasant to deal with and always accessible. We are 4 weeks from settlement and the legals etc have been pretty much stress free.
