I will refer Josh Le Mescam with confidence and pride that he was my agent. From the start to finish he was someone I could count on and trust, he says as it is and he is a genuine, kind human being, with respect and diligence throughout the whole process. He was a persistant presence in the background and foreground, he excelled in going out of his way to help, assist and advice in the matter. He made the process understandable and and knowing he was there made me go in with the process. Where others made us doubt the system, he gave us the confidence to try again. He worked for his client not the other way around. He simply cares, takes pride in and by his actions and words, works by his ethics and values, he showed his integrity and personal conviction and true self. I feel very proud to have known him and have him by my side in this Sale. Even through personal matters, he was there, stoic and soldier on…. Where others would have dropped the towel. He kept going beyond his limits. I thank God that I had someone with those principles by our side.
