Josh worked very hard on the sale of our apartment in the lead up to Christmas. Making sure everything was done on time at a difficult time of year was just one of the things he impressed us with. When I first met Josh he was very approachable. He listened to my ideas and thoughts about purchasing a property. He genuinely made an effort to forge a professional relationship throughout this meeting and the following months. Throughout my search for a property over 7 months, Josh was always willing to accomodate my thoughts on properties and followed up our inspections with conversations to understand what exactly I wanted in a property. He didn't give up on me, but also he didn't continually hassle me with phone calls and emails on properties that would not be of interest to me.
