Simply put, Josh was amazing! Along with Juan, gave us a clear vision for the property right from the start and then executed a well thought through plan to perfection. Auction result was stunning - we hadn't even thought a price anywhere near this was possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Josh and everything he did was with a smile - he helped us get the property ready for sale, arranged personal viewings at short notice and gave clear and timely communication after every viewing and open. He is friendly, personable, helpful and considerate. Josh along with Juan and Heidi, are a winning team that care genuinely about you as clients, their local community and their work. Buyers feel this attitude and I believe it makes a real difference. I've used ratemyagent three times now for property sales in different suburbs and each time the agent has delivered a great result.
