It was great to deal with someone highly motivated and eagle to get the job done. A couple of challenges were faced during the process, all of which were to do with the bank and government approvals, but Josh was able to keep the seller in good faith that it was all going to come through. Even at the end he provided the Sold sticker and Sign for me to come out to label it up as Sold.. He didn't have to do that.
