Josh was always available via phone and quickly acted on what we needed in purchasing our first home. The turn around time from offer, to signing of the contract was quite quick which was a little stressful, but Josh assisted us through the process and now we are in the home of our dreams

Overall Josh was a good agent. I know he is not working for me, but it would have been nice to have had a little more communication throughout the process. Example: 1. I asked if I could get into the house to do measurements before settlement, and never heard back from him 2. I had to ring on the day of settlement to find out where to pick my keys up from, rather than him contacting me. A good point was that the start of the process was very quick :)

Josh helped us through the overwhelming process of buying our first house. He is friendly and was always patient and helpful as we organised all the paperwork. We were very impressed with his attentiveness and his communication skills. If you're buying a house or selling, we're sure you'll be happy with Josh.
