Communications skills were fantastic, any questions throughout the process were handled promptly. Being our first time buying, Steph also outlined how all the processes work, what to expect next etc. Any time we had arranged inspections she was always there before the meeting to ensure the property was all opened up and ready to look though. Josh is a professional and a very efficient agent. We sold and bought a property through him. As a buyer and as a seller, I'm very satisfied with how Josh managed the transactions. He is a professional and does not waste time. Even though, the sold price was lower than what was given in the appraisal, Josh was on point on adjusting the sale price and very efficient in selling our home in a short period, despite slow market. He usually backs up what he say with data and he is a good negotiator. I'll recommend Josh and HIVE property highly.
