He helped organise unscheduled viewings, sometimes at odd times, to accomodate family members, our architect etc. He provided valuable background to the property, its history, details about the area. All incredibly important data points for us before buying. He never pushed or tried to pressure us into a deal. All in all, a friendly and lovely fellow to work with.
