Josh, on several occasions has come out to see us at the property before settlement and after, to assist with trades assessment and all this outside of standard working hours. He was also generous in the thoughtful gifts that were handed to us, after auction and after settlement (never seen that one). Josh has also liaised with the vendors to help identify various keys, some of which were difficult to identify. He made sure that any requests or questions were quickly responded to. Thanks Josh!
