We have recently sold our Sydney home with Josh's help while living in UK. The effort he put in was impeccable. His round clock availability gave us an impression that he never sleeps and his energy was always at the highest level throughout the months from the initial contact until the contracts were finally exchanged. However, these are the hard times for sellers and the sale price was very disappointing, but we feel the agent has done his best. At the end of the day, we've still decide to sell and hope for the best...
