Overall, my experience with their agency was good, but my interaction with Josh left a bit of an aftertaste. During the final stages of negotiating the price, Josh mentioned another buyer had made a higher offer, which felt like a strategy to push us to meet the seller’s demands. While I understand his priority is the seller and avoiding auction, the way it was handled didn’t sit right. A more transparent approach—simply stating the seller’s expectations—would have been more professional. P.S. I apologize if I misjudged the situation, and what Josh said was in fact true. But I guess we’ll never know…

Josh has been excellent from start to end. He has been in contact with us since 2020 when we bought our house, just seeing where we were at with things and what he could help with.
