Before I decided to sell my first home in Australia after keeping it for 17 years, I did search around and spoke to a few real estate agents who are all popular in my area. Joshua is the most efficient agent and also someone I feel very comfortable with! So we met in person and his knowledge, personality and confidence impressed me a lot! I got invited to one of his auctions on the same day, and it was a great success with his team worked so well together to look after at least 4-5 bidders on the day! That day I made up my mind that I would give my house to Joshua/saliba! After 3-4 months renovations, Joshua helped me with all the campaigns and it’s getting settled in just 2 days time!
