Fantastic experience working with Saliba real estate , particularly Rebecca Lumbroso. Hands down 11/10 experience they took care of every aspect of the sale. I was informed of every data point related to the market and the process and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. I was particularly impressed with Rebecca’s negotiation skills. I am pretty sure we wouldn’t be having an oil crisis if she was allowed to negotiate on the strait of hormutz. Hands down you would want her on your team. What I particularly appreciated was their a willingness to go the extra mile whenever something needed to be addressed like changing parameters based on market dynamics .
