Josh helped the reviewer sell this property

Good communicator, outcome focused

Made the selling process east given I was overseas. Proactively worked to get styling set up and handover of keys from property manager. Kept me well informed throughout process via use of WhatsApp group and weekly calls accommodating time zone differences. Would recommend Josh to other vendors
