Josh helped the reviewer buy this property

Thank you for helping me to buy 1st home!

As a buyer was easy to deal with and helped to facilitate information from the seller who is overseas. Helped to negotiate price without an ambiguous bidding war with other buyers which I have often experienced in the past. All forms were online and easy to complete.
