Josh and the whole team at Saliba did a great job helping us through selling the long term family home. Their patience was very appreciated which reduced the overall stress. We had a couple of false starts from our end and Josh was very understanding of the issues. We had great advice about presenting the home from Lidia, who also helped with some trades to address some issues. The team kept us updated with regular comms and a weekly phone hookup with everybody involved to discuss the current situation. Once the marketing started the outcome exceeded our expectations especially in a tough market. The final result happened fast with a price that beat the feedback we were getting. Josh has a great management style with his staff which meant we had a central point of comms and everybody knew what was happening and what needed to happen, including from our end. Would recommend Josh and the team at Saliba without hesitation.
