Customer service is often overlooked and we seldom talk about anything other than negative experiences until someone stands out and goes above and beyond 'the expected'. Josh has been outstanding in providing 'above and beyond' service right from the many agents we spoke to when evaluating and providing assessments of our home through to actually selling the property. His monthly follow ups from the time we first enquired were always informative with market updates re our area and new listings/sales results, but never pushy. After 12 of these calls we knew knew who was going to follow up and service not only us as sellers, but the very buyers we needed...
