Excellent experience

Josh was excellent to work with. He sold our dad's property in Westbury, after he moved into aged care. Josh took care of all of the details, which was critical as we do not live in Northern Tasmania. In the end, Josh secured an off-market purchaser for a great price, before the property went on the market. This saved us the expense of marketing costs, but also led to a quick sale process.
