I honestly cannot recommend Josh highly enough. He was amazing throughout both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new unit, achieving an excellent price for me and helping me find a new home that is perfect for me. What could have been a very stressful and overwhelming process was made so much easier by his professionalism, support and exceptional communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, coordinated effectively with everyone involved, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. When settlement was delayed and challenges arose with the buyers, he handled everything calmly and confidently. He stayed on top of the situation, negotiated professionally and made me feel I was in capable hands throughout. He is also genuinely down to earth and has a great sense of humour - he takes the time to communicate properly and makes you feel like more than just another client.
