Josh, a gentleman who is personable with a positive attutude who perservers through adversity.

Josh is always doing his best to get his client the highest possible price on their property. My house took three contracts before the genuine client was secured. Not only did Josh have the patience to persist when things appeared bleak, he had the fortitude to continue to strive for the best deal. In the end he secured a sale for a price considerably higher than either of us thought possible. At no stage did I feel he was encouraging me to accept an offer merely to get the sale over and done with. As this was my first time selling a house I wasn't confident in the process but with his deep experience he was able to guide and advise me so it wasn't nearly as traumatic as it otherwise might have been. I will be seeking his help in the future and do not hesitate to recommend his services.
