Josh was an exceptional agent to work with. Selling our first home, we were out of our depth but genuinely felt we could trust Josh to guide us through the process. We really appreciated his positive attitude, regular communication and insight into both the market & our house specifically. Being a slightly unique home, we took awhile to sell, but Josh met every one of our questions & concerns with honesty, care and encouragement.
