The follow through for this campaign was on point. Once I had registered for an opening (of which I went to several available) I had follow up from the agents via phone and email. I think the vendor should be thrilled at the level of service Josh, Melanie and Melina provided. It showed with a result well over reserve (poor me - ha!)

My apartment attracted a very small market for a higher end 1 bedroom therefore needed extra effort to show the added facilities of the block. Josh was my 3rd agent and unlike the others at no time did I feel Josh would not get this property sold for a workable price, he was always very positive and gave me very honest feedback without the old excuses, 'the body corp fees are to high' 'there are too many stairs' etc all the old habits of an agent! He would simply say it wasn't for them. His many years of experience showed when it was really needed. I will just finish with while other sales agents intimate "they will look after your property" they will be at all open for inspection and then send someone else" Josh is actually there at every open to make sure he has first hand knowledge and uses his extensive years of experience to first hand sell your property.
