Ok so my partner and i finished our masterpiece and started getting itchy to sell up and purchase a new place. We engaged with two local agents and where not impressed with both.. one agent was comparing our house to others in the erea, telling us we where going to achieve similar prices. This was not a consideration to us as we believed our house was no comparison as it had had an extensive renovation. The second agent was late, pushie, and both my partner and i got a very dishonest vibe. So like most people my partner and i started looking at houses before we where ready.
