We recently purchased a property through Josh and had a very positive experience. He was responsive, approachable, and consistently helpful throughout the process. We especially appreciated his flexibility, clear communication, and willingness to assist whenever needed, which made the experience smooth and straightforward. A pleasure to deal with — we’d happily recommend him to others.
Professionalism, honesty and great communication from Both Josh and Amber! We bought the property seamlessly. Highly recommend!
Josh provided absolutely outstanding service! Even though I ultimately didn't buy a property, his dedication was clear. He was incredibly professional, highly responsive, and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring I explored every possible option. An excellent experience overall.
Amber Werchon Property is the best. Josh was totally on top of everything—always responding fast and telling us exactly what we needed to know without any confusing real estate jargon. We found a perfect place and closed with zero stress. 10/10 would contact him again!
Josh hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
