The decision for me to sell land I’ve owned for 20+ years was an emotional one. Harcourts was recommended by a friend and I’m so grateful. Josh took the time to chat to me about this piece of land I’d purchased many years ago and why I’d decided that the time was right to sell. He asked for any input I might like to have and really listened to me in regards to some of the pics for the advertisement. In the end he heard me 120%, took everything on board and I was so pleased with absolutely everything he did -from the write up to brochure to every single picture used. More importantly his honesty and availability to myself and anyone making enquiries. Josh kept me up to date on everything and we discussed it all very frankly which I’ll be forever grateful for. I can’t thank him and the team at Harcourts enough for making what was initially a process I was dreading to a streamlined supportive and friendly one with a brilliant outcome and the knowledge that the new owner of this piece of serenity has fallen in love with it just as I did.
