I have met Josh Warren on Wednesday (13th july 2022) at a 4pm appointment to inspect a property in lota. i do care the time a lot. I arrived at 3:58 and josh was already there standing infront of the property and waiting for me. I just want to get a good investment property ASAP so i dont want to waste any time. quickly checked out the house and asked some questions. Josh was really patient. even told me something i did not expected he would say. i asked for the offer paper and left. i know its the right property to buy. plus i do prefer someone nice to me when im buying things. so we had a few days of the "price battle", was all good ones. and bang. i got it! josh even helped me with the rental part. and the house has already rented out even before the settlement with a very satisfied price. i am so so happy that i met josh and i have chosen him. thank you josh. lets keep in touch. just like you said. you can and you will be the top agent in this city. i cant wait to see that! best of luck!
