Josh is the most personable and respectful real estate agent I have ever met, full stop. Lovely guy that clearly enjoys engaging with people... you learn a lot about someone by how they deal with "the workers". I discovered this when the house was being photographed and floor layout done.... I'm a guy and the two guys doing the work clearly knew Josh but there wasn't a single disrespectful or "bad" word uttered and none of the innuendo typical of an all male environment, just good old fashioned respect. When we were assessing agents to sell our property, one stood out above the rest, Josh Wells. Josh made time at short notice to see us and we were impressed by his knowledge and clarity about how we should market and sell our property, so we appointed Ash Marton Real Estate as our agent on Monday evening. Tuesday morning the floorplan was being accurately measured and on the same evening we had an experienced photographer expertly capture the features of our property.
