After considering 3 proposals from Estate Agents to represent us in the sale of our unit at Bruce ACT, we settled on Josh Yewdall from Belle Property. Josh was really easy to talk to and answered all out questions in an easy to understand and patient way. Let me tell you that we are absolutely delighted with our choice. Josh went way, way beyond the call to put our markting package together, arrange staging/decorating of out Unit (which was nothing short of a stunning display) and handling all the sales enquiries. We originally had the property up for auction but on further consideration and advice, we changes to private treaty direct sale method. Josh chased every lead and never gave up. His Open Homes were excellent and attracted many prospective buyers. And, his hard work and "never give up" tenacity paid off with the successful sale. He nailed it perfectly with his professionalism and delightful demeanour. Absolutely top marks for Josh. Given the commission paid for the relatively short duration of the transaction, it might be fitting to consider such a gesture as a way to express gratitude for working with this particular real estate agent. It's important to emphasise that our experience with Josh was highly impressive.
